WOW!!!1 Excellent service!!! On 7/14/18 My family and I went to the Cleos Furniture at 925 W. Main St Jacksonville, Ar 72076. We worked with Dustin the Store manager ( I think he's the only employee for Cleo's in the store) When we walked up, he was busy loading a customer's furniture FOR THEM but he still greeted us and let us know he will be with us as soon as he finished helping his current customer. As we were looking around, he walked up and asked what could he help us find, We needed a bunk bed for our son. He explained that he's a father as well and will make sure we get the best, safest, bed for our child. The bed that he sold us was an excellent deal, and well below our budget, we also were informed of the furniture insurance that will cover any accidents for the next 5 years. WHO KNEW YOU COULD GET FURNITURE INSURANCE!?
The entire experience was great. Dustin not only suggested the bed, but he had my son climb on the bed and made sure HE was comfortable with it as well. Dustin's concern was genuine, he took it as if he was buying the bed for HIS son. Dustin also explained in detail what to expect from the delivery service and what to do if there are any issues AFTER the sale. I left that store feeling like I had made one of the best decisions for my child in my life. My son talked about "Mr. Dustin the entire ride home. I have had experiences with other Cleo's ( Sherwood, 69th st, and LR) and this is the first time that I felt really taken care of, Dustin looked out for me and my son's best interest. If anyone in upper management is reading this review, Dustin should be in upper management or he should be training the other stores on customer service because he was awesome!! I found myself looking for a reason to buy more furniture from him just because of how great the experience was. I can't wait to get my son's bed delivered!!!!
