Jacksonville Boys serves students in grades six through eight. Its academic curriculum includes English, mathematics, science, social studies, computer literacy, art, and health and physical education. Additionally, Jacksonville Boys offers a variety of additional courses, such as reading, phonics, mathematics, language arts, history and geography. The school has a cafeteria that serves lunch and breakfast to students. In addition, it offers various after-school programs. Jacksonville Boys also operates a library and media center that offers an accelerated reader program. In addition, the school has a guidance counseling department for students, parents and teachers. Jacksonville Boys is a part of the Pulaski County Special School District.
