Phil's Remodeling did handicapped modifactions to my home in the summer of 2009. The quality of his work was poor. He had to return to my home to fix some of his mistakes. He used MY home vaccum cleaner to clean up his construction mess and it hasn't worked right since. After a year, the deck he built for my handicapped son looks ten years old. The wood has started to warp and the nails are popping up out of the boards. I have called Phil twice in the last three months and asked him to come fix the deck and he always has more important things to do. I wouldn't recommend Phil's remodeling to anyone that wants quality work.
