I have only been banking with Us bank for about 2 months!! Rude!! They do not go above in beyond. I have had a horrible week with them I just closed my account yesterday..

Just not happy with some of the staff me and my husband have been with this bank for a while and just started going to the one in jacksonville and have had problems. We recently went to deposit a check and when we went to put it in the drop box the lady asked what we needed and we said just to deposit. Maybe we caught her on a bad day I don't know but she said I'll need you to fill out a deposit slip before depositing it. So I was okay with it but was thinking I've never had to do this before through the window. Well I don't have my account number memorized so I just filled everything else out that I knew. So I send it all back and then next moment I know she is telling me here are some deposit slips and your account number so you can fill this out so it will be faster next time.... I'm thinking to myself okay so I have to have a deposit slip ready so I can deposit a check through the window. Maybe she wasn't trying to be rude but it came across that way. No one wants to do business with rude employees. Specially over something so minor.
