I read reviews and confidently called for a service visit on my GE washer, when scheduling an appointment I explained what was happening to my unit and was scheduled for 2 days later. The technicians came, were friendly and called ahead. When Jenny and Ramona arrived they asked what was wrong with the unit( I guess the office does not share this info with the technicians?...) when I told them Ramona said it sounded like an issue I needed to call GE directly for as it would be expensive to repair. Never looked at the washer, then charged me $92.50 (not the $85 I was quoted over the phone) and left. I feel like this is bad business and when I initially called to schedule a service I should have been told my issue was something I needed to contact GE directly for. I hate to give bad reviews but I am really dissapointed, I have a newborn and could really use the extra $92.50.

Technician Chris was very polite and friendly. Would definitely call again for service! It's nice to do business with friendly companies.

Beaches Appliance Service has been wonderful to me over the years. They are the only company I use. It's always a joy to see their friendly faces. They are by far one of the best companies here in Jacksonville. Call them! they won't disappoint you that I can assure you.

I had a leak coming from behind my refrigerator. I tried fixing it myself, then called our condo association maintenance guy out too, he couldn't rectify the problem either so then I opened the phone book, called the first ad I saw. So glad I did! The company sent out a fantastic team. Ramona & Jenny came out same day and had my leak fixed within 30 minutes. They were fast and great!!! Highly recommend this company.

Sorrry, but they deserve a poor review. Pros:Fast initial response,friendly, & good communication. Cons: inefficient (diagnosed a faulty pressure switch), took over a week to acquire a replacement, took a few more days to return for service, the replacement part was faulty. The discount for new customers was not honored (they conceited to half of the advertised discount). On return to fix the faulty replacement they did not charge us (pro) but they couldn't fix the washing machine pressure switch... advised us to use the smaller volume settings in order to keep the faulty pressure switch from allowing the washing machine to overflow. They did agree to refund half of the costs we encountered (pro), they refunded about half. Overall i would not recommend using them, very disappointing!
