This is the absolute worst realty company I have ever come across! I would stay far away from this mother daughter team if you value your sanity!! I repeat, the absolute worst company I have had to deal with!!

I am not one to write a review on a company but had such a horrible experience that I have to warn others about good faith realty. I was looking to rent a home and when I called to view the property the agent Tiara was too busy to show me but gave me the code to the lock box to get into the property. I really liked the property and decided to put the first month deposit down. I sent in the application and had to call for several days to see if it was approved. Once I was approved I visited the property again to realize the things that were supposed to be fixed before I moved in (which was only a few days away and knowing the property had been listed for over a month) hadn't been addressed I told Tiara I had doubts about signing the lease. The application states the deposit is refundable for 3 days; however, it was 3 days after I got the approval. I think she intentionally waited those days to give me the approval so my deposit would not be refunded. I called Tiara and texted her for almost a month to find out the status of my deposit only to find out it was NOT refundable. I had to call the owner Faith to have Tiara contact me about the status. After I got the status of my non refundable deposit I emailed Faith to let her know about the concerns and disappointment I had with the lack of communication and poor customer service. It has been almost a month since I emailed Faith and have yet to get a response from her. I just want to warn people about this company and the ironic name of their company "Good Faith" because I would never put my faith in renting let alone buying a property from this realty group!
