Made an appointment for a Ford Focus for a conventional oil change advertised at $19.95. When I arrived, the Manager tried "upselling" me to an oil change that would total close to $100.00. I insisted on the advertised special and then the scam artist tells me that Florida Law requires the more expensive oil change. This is the third time they have pulled this crap. The first two times they were successful in ripping me off by billing me after the fact, for unnecessary services that I never requested or approved, however this time I stood up to them beforehand. Three strikes and you are out GoodYear. Customers, do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.

Paid for oil change $30+. the most I ever paid for an oil change there. Usually $20. Purchased 10 tires, a brake job from them over a 2+ year relationship. REFUSED to take off interior door panel because I refused to pay $196+ plus labor for a regulator/motor, that I can get from eBay for $50+. The motor in my regulator still works, wouldn't know what was wrong with window(wouldn't go up) until the door panel was removed. Said they would remove door panel for $50+ which would take 5 minutes. NEVER HAVE YOUR AUTO SERVICED HERE!!!!
