Wow! That is the kind of customer service you receive from the company. They blame the customer of stealing!!. They were not authorized to come to the house; Why would I want service from them when I had already switched companies. Get your facts straight.

I can honestly say I am very pleased with the service I get from GreenFrog Pest Prevention. The office staff and technical staff are very professional, knowledgeable and have always been able to solve my pest concerns. Being from the Jacksonville Beach area, I know the owner takes pride in each and every customer.

GreenFrog Pest Prevention is the best pest control company I have ever had. There is no comparison to any other company around. They are Professional, Knowledgeable, Friendly, and very helpful. They explained the service thourghly. Their office staff was a pleasure to work with when scheduling my appointment. I will tell all my friends to call GreenFrog for all their pest control needs.

I will say this is the most professional and generous company I have ever dealt with. The owner Dave Honrath treats my family as if he was a part of it. I recommend their Once A Year Service and I also am a Rodent Proofing customer. I renew my service every year in March. I recommend this company to anyone looking for an honest, dependable and caring company. I love there service.

BEWARE!!! This company will treat your house even after you have CANCELED your service and try to charge you anyway. Then they will threaten to send your bill to collections when you refuse to pay. (Provided phone records that I called to cancel the service but they did not care!)
