I consider myself to be relatively savvy when it comes to home buying thanks primarily to the countless hours I've spent watching HGTV's programs such as Property Virgins and House Hunters. With that said, I knew that having a knowledgable realtor was paramount to a successful home buying experience. When it came time to purchase my first home, I sought the expertise of Jennifer Pledger and I'm thankful that I had her by my side. What began as a near seamless home buying experience quickly became an arduous journey as a result of some last minute finance changes. Through every speed bump, Jennifer remained in control and her calm confidence allowed me to feel at ease. As a former member of the military, attention to detail is a critical skill I require in anyone with whom I conduct business. Without a doubt, Jennifer stayed on top of every fine detail and ensured all documents were provided to me as well as submitted in a prompt manner. She navigated my first time home buying process while planning her own wedding. That is multitasking at its finest!

Selling a home can be so stressful, but Jennifer took all that stress away. She handled problems quickly, always kept me informed of the progress, and her sweet and friendly manner kept me at ease through the whole process. Even though she had many other listings at the time, she made me feel as though I were her only client. It was a pleasure to have Jennifer sell my home. I might add, her photos are perfection!
