I am shocked at their terrible customer service!!
They refused to remake my sandwich or refund my money after they messed up my order. I will not be returning after the absolutely awful experience I endured today.

I ordered a cheese steak that I modified based on what the menu specifies comes on the sandwich. I noticed about two bites in that they added a condiment that wasn’t specified on the menu and I didn’t order. This wasn’t a big deal—I understand that mistakes happen. I pointed this out and very politely asked if they could remake my food the way I had asked so that I could eat it.

They refused to remake the sub so I could eat it, or refund my money, even after we involved a manager. The manager said that’s just the way they do things there so they couldn’t help me. What?! Apparently I should have guessed or expected mayonnaise would come on my cheese steak, so this is my fault? I’m incredibly shocked at this atrocious lack of customer service. I’ve never encountered this type of thing at a restaurant (or anywhere) before.

I used to enjoy the food here and am amazed they are willing to lose a customer over $8.50 and their own mistake. Disturbing! Please don’t waste your money!

being a Puerto Rican an Italian descent this is some of the most home authentic but I've had here in Jacksonville in the last 10 years the service is beyond the call of duty and the price point is very affordable I will recommend this restaurant to anyone that ask me about an Italian pizzeria kudos to you thank you for a great meal

Pizza was burnt greasy. Taste like a rubber tire.
