I have taken my car to this store for about a year. Good service most of the time. One week ago, I took my car in to get the A/C recharged. They drained it and recharged it. Today, one week later, it was blowing hot air. When I took it by the store, the rep talked to me like it was my fault. I left, very disappointed with this response. What ever happened to customer service? Never this store again!

Every time i take my car to tire kingdom for an oil change or alignment (something extremely simple) I leave, drive home, and then the next day my car wont start and its something very serious. Its happened 3 times where my car was fine. i bring it in to them , and then magically i have to get a new starter or something is seriously wrong with my fuel pump or something else. . My car was working just fine before i brought it in to your store. Its has happened 3 times, twice at your beach blvd location, and now in ocala, because i didnt want to go back to the same store. The only reason i went back was because i had purchased a lifetime alignment package, and i really needed to get my alignment fixed. My alignment is still completely screwed up, and now my car wont start. AGAIN. this is not a coincidence !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DONT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE !!!!!!!!!! unless u want to waste alot of money, and get screwed over by people who think they can do whatever they want to you, because you are not a mechanic.
