This family run business has an amazing selection of yarns, kits and more, plus the talent and personal service that make every visit a pleasure. I've taken several projects to Susan in the last year and she has been so caring and helpful. I have bought numerous Christmas stocking needlepoint projects for my mother–in-law there, too, and oh how the family cherishes them! Jacksonville is lucky to have such a special shop!

I recently went to this astounding store. Customer service was the BEST!! Friendly, helpful and actually catered to obtaining a very difficult item I needed for project completion. This store has the most unique yarn selection I have seen in the southeastern United States. The owners actually were willing to order and ship the needed items and I received them within a week. Would highly recommend this store, both for selection of needlework yarns AND for customer service. My trip to Jacksonville ended on a positive note due to my experience with A Stitch in Time!! Thank you SOOO much. I will be back when I am in the area.
