Provided by YP.comThe below reviews must have been written by relatives because my experience has been an expensive lesson. My thermostat was hot and bad. I called for service. The installed a Honeywell FocusPro 5000 thermostat. A simple, un-programmable that sells from $35.00 to $64.80, being the most expensive. They charged me $295.00 for the thermostat, nearly 5 times the cost plus charged $89.00 for a diagnostic charge. Avoid this company at all costs. After reading my review, the owner called and offered an $80.00 rebate if I would REMOVE my review and give him 5 stars. I considered it and determined I would rather not get the rebate of $80.00 when you pay 5 times the cost of the product and have to complain . Sorry but that is no way to run a business.
Stacey must realize that our price for the thermostat includes installation, setup, and a thorough checkout of system to insure proper function. Certainly you can purchase the 5000 series thermostat for less than we charged, but there are several different product models in that series to select from. Stacey should also realize that we cannot sell for our cost as we have operational expenses to incur such as truck and liability insurance and technicians salaries. She asked for consideration for a discount which we did offer but obviously not if she is going to give a very negative review. We have been in business for over 47 years and have thousands of very satisfied customers and many excellent reviews none of which were written by family members. Certainly sorry for her dissatisfaction but her work was completed timely, professionally and as a result I'm sure that her system is functioning properly. This is something that we take seriously and pride ourselves in.

Provided by YP.comOutstanding Service! I highly recommend this company they are true experts in their field. My AC was installed quickly but more importantly correctly. Al made sure he tuned it to perfection and came back a week later to make sure it was still functioning correctly and efficiently. Highly recommended!
