Very upset with this company. Was told they would be here yesterday between 4-6. Never got a call when running behind. Finally had to reschedule come 8pm! (Ruined my b-day dinner plans too)Told they would be out here today between 4-6 again today. It is now past 7pm & still not here. Once again, b-day plans get messed up by them. Find another company that will actually be there when they say!!

Very good. A high quality business. My tech roger #95 was very good. Neat. Very polite and easy to talk to and explained everything very well. Thank you air engineers for having a quality business and quality workers.

The heating contractors of Air Engineers Service Experts are very friendly and professional. Excellent services. Go for it!

A servicer came out twice to fix my air conditioning unit. First he said it was the fan so he replaced it and charged me. After that didn't work, he came out and topped off some coolant. That didn't work either. So, then he says my entire system needed to be replaced. This after having paid nearly 1500 dollars already. These people are incompetent and out to get money. Take your business else where.

The customer service of this company is horrible!!! They do not do what they say they are going to do and they still want their money. I would beware of their $49.95 service charges, you get what you pay for aka nothing. You get nothing, except for headheaches and countless hours on the phone trying to get answers. BEWARE!!! DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They dont even desearve a star but had to pick 1. Again dont use this company!!!!
