Actually we are usually happy with the food and service at this Applebees, but tonight 2/6/09 we were charged $8.50 per drink during happy hour - We ordered two Captain Morgan and Cokes (one each) and they charged us 17.00 for two drinks. I called and spoke with the Manager (Ken) and he said bring me the itemized receipt and we can give you credit or whatever. Well we put it on the charge card and we only kept the total receipt and left the other on the table...I just think this was poor customer service on his part. He should have taken our name and given us at least one free drink on our next visit. Just had to have my say on this. It was wrong to charge us that much.
