I have to brag about ASAP towing and two of their employees, Mr. Chad Stinson and Mr. Mike Crowe.

These two gentlemen are absolutely amazing. When I called ASAP towing, I had the pleasure of connecting with Mr. Stinson. I was a little frazzled, as I was at home cooking dinner in Green Cove Springs and my daughter was stuck at work in Saint Augustine. Mr. Stinson was a calming breath of fresh air, beyond helpful and truly a joy to speak with. He made sure that he had all the information needed to accommodate our towing needs with a price that could not be beat by their local competitors.

Mr. Mike Crowe was assigned to our tow request. He showed up 25 mins before the time I was told they would be able to get to my daughter. He opened the truck door for my daughter, he kept conversation with her the entire way home and made her feel like they had known each other their entire lives.

ASAP towing will forever have our business. This company and their employees far exceeded my expectations and for that I am forever grateful. 5 stars is just not enough to show how great this company as a whole is.

My car was towed from my boyfriends neighborhood after being parked on the street(where SEVERAL other cars park) for LESS than 24 hours. No warning or even a tow away zone sign. We go to ASAP, 5-7 employees are all standing in the small area by the front door and offer no help or even try to move. We asked the group if any of them are working and they say they all are and tell my boyfriend to go inside. He spoke with a woman who said it would be $123 if we wanted my car right then but extra fees to get it tomorrow. We tell her that we will pay today and will be right back with the cash(5:45pm) 15 minuets later is a locked gate and 3 employees saying ”we’re off the clock we can’t do anything for you.” I told him that we spoke with a woman only 15 minuets ago and told her we would be right back. He repeats himself again in an extremely rude way saying “we can’t do anything for you, no one is inside so you have to call the number.”6:00pm and we leave again, thinking no one could help us. I call the ASAP number and was told I just needed to stay at the ASAP towing location to wait for a driver to come bring my car around - not what we were told. I asked if my price was still $123 and she said yes. We drive back to the lot, I call her again(6:23pm)and she said a driver would be there any minute to help me. We waited 30 minuets and a driver came in, locked the gate behind him then came back out 15 minuets later without my car - asking why we were waiting. He tells us that they didn’t call him about that and that he had to go to another job so we had to wait for another driver. We waited another 20 minuets until around 7:15 when Craig showed up. He was the first employee not to treat us like crap or completely ignore us. We get my car back and went to settle the payment and get charged $150(which I highly doubt is Craig’s fault as he is just a driver)It’s absolutely ridiculous how the employees here treat people so I feel really bad for anyone that has to deal with them.

Yep. I needed help & called them. My motorcycle broke down 1.5 miles from home. Waited two minutes on hold for the operator. Waited an hour plus for the wrecker. Had to help load and unload the bike. Driver drove 10 MPH because even he wasn't sure about how well he had it secured. Total event took about 2.5 hours and cost 125 dollars. Did I say it was a mile and a half from home? About 30 minutes after it is home and i'm trying to decompress, my phone rings. A different driver wants to know where I am... Acts like I stood him up until I explain the job is already done.

Yep, they have you over a barrel and are proud to let you know it!

My wife and friend got into a wreck on friday. After getting there and getting the vehicle, my wife was not allowed to get anything out of the vehicle since the registration and the plate didnt match. I had just gotten disabled Vet plates. So my 3 year old son got to stand in pee pee filled pants for 2.5 hours while this driver talked to the owner. They were not allowed to get anything out of the vehicle. My friend is a 100% disabled Vet and she could not get her medication or any thing she needed for the night, so my family got to to Walmart and buy all new stuff. I got a correct registration on Monday and drove 4 hours to jacksonville and signed to release this vehicle. Ms Karen was awesome. the driver that was there saturday was also very nice. It is a shame that one bad apple can make the entire company look bad. I did get to talk to the owner on monday and he tried to explain that since they didnt know the entire story and he had been burned in the past with husband and wife disputes, which i can understand, but it does not explain why my son had to sit in wet pants and when they got to the towing company, they asked to use the bathroom and the dispatcher, another not nice employee, told my family the water was off and the bathroom didnt work....but monday it worked great....i was treated great , but friday my family was not.....the police officer even told my family they could get what they needed once they got the vehicle off the highway. Karma is a beast...it will bite you back...promise.....
