My home is perfect. It is located close to everything and priced to fit my budget.

Pretty cool place. Apartments are a real good size (bigger than most I looked at!) and downsizing from a house we needed the room. We have only lived here for a few months and really enjoy being so close to everything, we walk everywhere. The staff is really friendly and seem to be on top of things. We also enjoy the gym my wife I think is addicted. Overall nice place to plant your feet.

First of all, let me start out by referencing the rating that was posted by haloola99, dated 08/19/2009. That was the old management that existed when Atlantic Crossing first opened to start leasing and I agree a bad experience; however, the new management team that we have now is awesome. They are very pleasant, easy to talk to, and committed to making and having a connected community. They communicate via physical, emails, and newsletters. They often ask what could they do to make your stay pleasant as well as what ideas you may have to contribute. They host events so that the community can meet and know each other like a family. Also, maintenance is very timely and efficient. The apartments are like homes. They are color cordinated with beautiful paints and trims. The bathrooms are roomy and I love the separate dining room/living room look. The landscaping is very nice and well kept also.

My experience with Atlantic Crossing has been nothing but great! The manager Katie, and her entire staff are extremely helpful and professional at all times. My apartment is lovely and I couldn't be happier! I'd recommend living at Atlantic Crossing to anyone who likes a "city" type environment.

I Would NOT Recommend this place to my worse enemy. The place looks good but watch ur feet in the bathroom and kitchen. Bugs everywhere at all the times. I have only been living here for a month and I already have called pest control... The microwave was missing...The dishwasher leaked...Both bathtubs have rust in them...Nails sticking out of the carpet...Roaches that are an inch long....All the walls are scratched up and need to be touched up... As for MANEGMENT well good luck I have been here for almost two months and they have been given me the run around... they are nice to u until u have a problem then good luck if they ever fix it... The Manager herself is a mean vindictive liar... she will say anything not to help u... she is very rude and yells at u if u say something that she doesn’t like... she is very disrespectful so my recommendation is RUN ITS NOT TO LATE 4 U... DON'T RENT HERE TRUST ME U WILL REGRATE IT I KNOW THAT I DO....DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID...
