Unfair business practices and discrimination. You may pay for a reserved spot, but the manager will let someone else park there.



At the direction of the managers to park in the back lot because someone else was parked in the spot I pay for (which occurred several times), I ended up being towed not even 12 hours after I parked because they could not identify my vehicle.



The manager did not use due diligence in trying to identify my trailer. They should not have asked ME to park elsewhere if they were not going to be able to identify vehicle. Instead, they should have asked the person who was parked in my spot to move.



In my opinion the business is double booking the spots and unable to manage its tenants. Also, they should have tried to identify my vehicle by the huge company logo/name to my records and called me. There was a dispute between myself and the manager, who was not professional in her conduct in trying to rectify the situation.



I dealt with their home office, who initially wanted to help, but asked me to leave because my behavior towards their manager was not tolerable...however, their managers attitude towards the paying customer was?



I would not recommend this business.
