They have an excellent atmosphere at Auction Direct USA, not what you typically find at a car dealership. The customer service was fantastic.

They helped me purchase what I wanted, not what they wanted. This made a big difference to me because it showed that they really care about what the customer wants.

I have actually purchased 3 cars from Auction and I certainly will continue. The reason being is that they have always provided exceptional customer service care.

I had received a great deal as well as getting awesome customer service. I would definitely suggest this auto dealership.

They had a nice selection of cars and I think I got a great deal. It was a little overwhelming honestly with how much is available but everyone was patient with me! The gentleman I worked with was well trained too, very informative.

The sales process was streamlined and easy. My salesperson was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. He even drove me home with my old car so I could switch my belongings into my new truck!

The employees that I dealt with seemed to have my best interests in mind. They weren't pushy and didn't try to talk me into something that didn't align with what I wanted. I was able to shop on my own, and ask questions when I needed to. It was a good experience.

Bought a car - paid cash. It took a week to get them to give us the car! They had a few minor repairs to make & almost every day they'd say it was ready & we'd take time out of our busy schedules to go there to find NOTHING had been done to the car! They didn't call us, we had to call them to check on the car. We finally got so ugly with them that they made the repairs & got the car to us after a week of having a lot of our $. Now it's been several months & we go to renew the tag & find out that the car has no title registered with the State & the tag is not in our name! It is a good thing that the police didn't stop us! Not one time have they apologized or asked us to have a seat when we go there. Never have they offered us a soft drink like other dealerships. I've purchased approximately 20 vehicles in my life & I have NEVER been treated like this before. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED - STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! Tomorrow I am driving over 100 miles to purchase another vehicle. I won't even go to this place to look at vehicles even though they're right around the corner from our home. I'm telling everyone who will listen about our experience as I am telling you to BEWARE of this company!
