This man called my father claiming to want to talk to me. He said he was with a law agency, and that he didn't call me because my number was unlisted. My number IS listed, my fathers number is NOT listed! He was a fast talking collection agent that tried to use scare tactics to make me pay a debt. He told me that if I didn't pay by that night he'd have to take the paperwork to the judge the next morning. But he was in Jacksonville and my debt occured in Tallahassee! Scammers! Collection agencies have sunk to a new low!!!! They'll call your parents to try to freak you out and hope that you won't pick up on the cr*p that they're feeding you over the phone! I dared him to turn in the paperwork to the court, and since then have received 4 more calls from this agency trying to set up a payment plan. What a load!

I recently got a divorce in which ex-wife took me to the cleaners. My parents recieved a phone call because they were used as a credit reference from someone " CLAIMING TO BE AN INVESTIGATOR WITH A LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY". My mother, being old and trusting, began asking questions and she was told that they were doing a criminal investigation and needed to know my new address. My mother asked from what law enforcement agency the investigato was from and the caller stubled several times before telling her that he was from my homestate. My mother told the investigator that she was going to call her brother, who is in law enforcement, to verify this callers story and the caller immediately hung up the phone. Further investigating on my part and my uncles part found that the company was listed as a real estate agency as well as a collection agency. It seems that some unpaid debt created by my ex wife was in the collections state and I was contacted because I was a contact person for ex. Readers beware of the illegal identification of this company as law enforcement investigators!! I have since filed complaints and there might very well be criminal charges to follow for this company identifing themselves as law enforcement officials.

This company works under shady practices and are not honest and straightforward. The person, Shawna Jackson, we spoke with was unprofessional in behavior and rude.
