Big Chief has been servicing all my vehicle tires for many years and my star rating for Big Chief still stands at 5 stars, because so far each and every time I have came to this business to have services rendered, everyone I have came into contact with has been friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. This business is clean with a very professional atmosphere. The service is always done in a timely manner and they keep you posted on the status of your vehicle, so, so far I have each and every time, walked away satisfied.

They are courteous, professional, and I like the way they do business. They are evidently good at their job because they have a lot of customers. Sometimes there’s so many customers and there’s nowhere to park.

Very professional the service was as good as it could be no waisted time, I was there about an hour or lest. ON they way home my suv road so smooth.

I had to contact the bbb and complain- these people were dishonest and unprofessional when replacing my alignment I had to return to get it replaced again 2 mths. later and get my hubs replaced in which ricky the store manager said not to worry about now my car is scraping and its never made these sounds before- they said they had the wrong parts then I contacted the general mgr. Reed who tried to help who I later found out he was dishonest and behind my back rude- when contacting the better business bureau he lied about services he provided and my mileage and I had proof to back myself up with- this was a horrible experience- FIND ANOTHER REPAIR SHOP- THESE PPL. DONT HAVE IT TOGETHER-
