I ordered tulips for someone very special in my life and when she finally received them at the END of her work day, they looked terrible. First off, they were not even the colors that I ordered, they should have been all colors (purple, pinks, yellows) they were only pink! Two of the tulips were already wilted and there was hardly any water in the vase. When the other employees saw them, they were just as upset as I was. I then contacted FBE very upset, and instead of them trying to help me, they hung up on me twice, then the 3rd time they put the phone off the hook so I couldnt call them back. I then took time off work to drive ACROSS town to visit w/ them in person. One of the girls proceeded to speak to me like I was a dog! This company has ZERO customer service skills & should not be in business! I did get my refund back that same day, but I will NEVER refer this company EVER! In fact, I will be sure to tell everyone about my terrible experience.

Poor Quality

My husband ordered bright red tulips in an unusual vase for Valentine's Day from the Telefora website. He ordered this several days in advance. What finally arrived from this florist were very-much wilted purple and white tulips in a vase I could get at the dollar store. The tulips never came back to life, and after expressing his displeasure, my husband was given the run around for two weeks before we received a refund.
