Lindsay I don't know where you got your pastries from, but I was requesting gluten free pastries at Blue Sky and they don't offer them. All their pastries are very delicious, but are not gluten free.

I bought an assortment of pastries to take to an event. I asked the cashier to cut them into smaller pieces so I could arrange them on a tray. This seemed to be a very difficult task for her. I noticed no one was eating them at the event, so I asked a friend to sample them for me since I am gluten free. She said they were stale and tasteless. I had several other friends sample, and they all said basically the same thing. If this bakery can't produce better pastries than what we sampled, I don't think they will be in business long.

I bought a wide range of pastries and breads and everything was amazing. The bread was amazing. It was dense but light. The pastries were made with real fruit and naturally sweet. It is a nice treat to have some an amazing bakery come into the Northside. The owners are really nice also. Please go support this shop so that it is able to stay!!!

I purchased a spread of pastries from apple turnovers to German chocolate cake, coffee cakes and cannoli's! That were all fabulous!!!!!! Beyond belief! Please try them it is wonderful. Thanks for coming to the Northside!
