My experience with this shop was Terrible!! The customer service suck and I will never go back there again, First I scheduled to get my hair braided at a earlier time so I was told I had to pay a 25$ deposit so I paid my deposit only to come to my appointment and the owner did not show up until a hour and a half late! I thought maybe it was a bad day so I decided to give the shop another chance and go back after a few months, I was disappointed again I scheduled my appointment 2 weeks in advance when I got there she could not do my hair and could I come back another time, so now I am stuck with my hair looking a mess and no one to do it, she did not even try to make up for inconvenience she had caused me all she did was refer me to another shop the owner tells me she can't do my hair due to a call off????? I scheduled my appointment with the owner so what do someone calling off have to do with me. I would never recommend this shop they are very UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!
