Provided by YP.comJerry, owner at BRC Roofing said there are no record of doing work for me and no permit pulled. So anyone who wants to go on the COJ permit site and see the permit pulled can do so....the number is R-14-671663.000. Jerry you said to call your office to straighten out the issue but it took my attorney to get you to even reply back with a bunch of lies in a letter not pay up for your shoddy workmanship and lack of a “so call” warranty you give to your customers. Be a roofing professional and pay for the damages incurred on my property due to your work? Back up your warranty! You know the truth and avoided all calls and attempts to resolve this issue. Had several roofing companies including a private roofing adjuster provide you letters, pics of underlying damages after another company redid the roof and provided in detail what you did wrong and the damages occurred because of your work. Don’t say you didn’t know of any damages because you repaired some and it clearly states in your contract you were to remove any damages before doing the roofing system! You didn’t follow the manufacturer’s application standards and appropriate process per the company! Per the private roofing adjuster and manufacturer, you put silicone over a peel and seal product that shouldn’t have been done; thus, your system failed! And don’t say I painted or used a cleaning product on it either to void my warranty! I or no one is going on a flat roof to clean anything! Who does that! Paint doesn’t stick to silicone and I have no reason whatsoever to clean a flat roof that can’t be seen from the ground! All these are attempts you stated in my attorney reply letter to avoid your warranty! I’m sure you are going to post a standard can reply! Call the office or whatever! Just reimburse what I paid you and what it took to reroof my flat roof? Simple!

Provided by YP.comThis is a very reputable business and I had a great experience with Jerry Rowe. I first called them some years ago when I had a leak. Three other roofers said the repair was going to be a few hundred and since my roof was so old I might as well go ahead and get a new roof. Jerry was the only one who said it just needed a repair ($50, which he could do right then) and my roof would last a couple more years, which he was right. He did another small repair a year later. When the time came for a new roof I hired him and it looks great. You just have to be sure they get all the old roofing nails out of the yard, which I know is hard for any roofer to do.
