"Will never use them again. I read all of these reviews, but still placed a small order. I order 100's of bulbs a month and thought I'd try this place out. I sent a note that said, "I've read your online reviews and am nervous about placing this order. Hopefully all will go well and I'll be happy to report the results of our transaction." In other words, I told them that I am an active online reviewer who is already suspicious of them.



It didn't help. Nearly three weeks after placing that order, I received a shipping notice. I called customer service, gave her my order number, and asked if this type of delay was standard. The customer service woman mumbled the whole time, but what I gathered was, "Yes. If we don't got it in stock." I started to ask what items were not in stock, but she asked me what I ordered. She had my order information right in front of her. I told her "never mind," and I hung up. Useless."

Don't buy from them. I placed an order on 9/20 and still had not received it on 10/17/12. Online the order still just said "processing". No notification had been made about why the order was being delayed (almost a month and had not yet shipped) when it was a simple order for 40 miniature bulbs (e10 base). I finally called (as this is their only method of communication) and was told they only had 20 bulbs and not the 40 I ordered but should have them by that Friday (a month after my original order date). There was no explanation of why they did not contact me or refund my order. After this call they did refund my money and cancel the order (bulbs never received). I would strongly recommend not using this company if you actually ever want to receive what you purchase or get communications from the company that would be even bare minimum respect for the customer.
