Horrible, musty smelling place. Rude and cranky people working there. Talked down to everyone in there.

SCAM PART 1: The mattresses are stacked in high piles. The only way to test them is by pulling one onto the floor a lying on it. My son did that and said it felt ok. When we got home with the box springs the experience was aweful. My sons could hear and feel the springs. They woke up with body aches. I went back to the store paid and extra $100 to trade in the two mattresses ($375 each) for one, more expensive mattress. I wasn't home when the delivery guys came, my son was. HERE IS THE OTHER PART OF THE SCAM: They claimed there was a spot on the mattress that was only 2wks old and would now only give me $100 for the one mattress. This meant, although we made a deal on the price of the more expensive mattress, they would not leave it unless I paid an additional $275 over the phone. I wouldn't agree.
