Provided by YP.comI've was and have been extremely satified with circle K. I bought my furniture a few years ago from their main location out on jones road. They have furniture you cant find anywhere else. They also have alot of furniture you can customize straight from the manufacturer. I've even had a few problems with the furniture which I think is more on the part of me being a very large person more so than the furniture itself. And they have sent somebody out to fix it at no charge to me. It can be hard to get ahold of somebody at times at their location. If you go to it you'll see why its very big and people are often helping customers on the floor and not sitting at the main desk waiting for a phone call. Go out to the main store and take a look for yourself. It's worth it.

Provided by YP.comWe will never shop at Circle K again. This was one of the worst experiences we have had dealing with a business. If you shop there, I hope you dont get screwed over like we did. If you are thinking about shopping there, I would advice you not to. If I could express that more thoroughly, I would.
We purchased several things from this store. One of them was not the product we wanted, it had been rung up wrong by the sales clerk. We didnt notice it as it was a small line at the bottom that indicated it was something other than what we wanted. When we asked them to fix this mistake, they admitted they made a mistake and said they would only fix it if we paid them more money.
Circle K did not deliver what we purchased then tried to charge us more to correct their mistake. A business with real integrity would not only acknowledge they messed up, but would take care of fixing the problem. We did not receive what we wanted or what we agreed to pay for. We are very frustrated with Circle K and would not recommend buying anything from them as they are untrustworthy.

Provided by YP.comI had my very first purchase on Labor Day of this year with your company. It will be my last. I have NEVER had such a horrible experience with a company.
I never received calls telling me my order was in, my receipt showed the wrong amount discounted (WHICH I AM STILL WAITING ON A CALL BACK FROM THE SS STORE AND ITS BEEN OVER A WEEK). The chairs for the dining room table I ordered were on backorder so I had to make 2 different pick up trips, but wasnt told the chairs were on backorder before I went to make my first trip. My billing started 20 days from when I picked the table up, so I had a table that I couldnt use (because I didn't have chairs) that I had to make payments on.
I will not be back, nor do I expect a phone call about the money that is owed to me.
I am sorry to say that I do not have any good feedback.

Provided by YP.comGreat customer service. We were very excited about the new couch we ordered. The designer was so helpful in picking out fabric and colors that would work with the rest of our room. I couldn't have done it without her. When it arrived, they called us to let us know that it had been damaged in shipping and that they were getting a replacement immediately. They also remembered that we were having guests soon, so they asked us if we wanted to have a substitute couch while we were waiting. They even let us choose from several styles in colors that go with our color scheme. They got the replacement couch very quickly and all is well. Despite the shipping damage, which was not their fault, our experience was very positive. It felt like they really cared about us and wanted to make sure we were taken care of and happy. I would highly recommend Circle K and intend to go back there again.

Provided by YP.comGreat experience! I just purchased a new living room set from Circle K. The moment I walked in the doors I felt at home. Everyone was so helpful! They really cared about my wants and needs and made me feel like I was part of the family. They didn't stalk me around the store like other furniture stores, but they were always there when I needed them. Their design suggestions were right on point with what I was looking for. And, they really gave me a great price. I didn't know there were any furniture stores like this one around anymore! They had my furniture in stock and I had it delivered within a week. The delivery guys were so helpful in putting the furniture right where I wanted it. I will definitely be back to buy my new dining set soon!

Provided by YP.comWhat a mistake it was to shop here. I was told when I purchased my set that it would be here on a specific date one month later. When i called to check the status and set up delivery, I was told it hadn't even shipped from the warehouse yet. I heard nothing back after I asked that my concerns be relayed to a manager. Well, over a week after that, I get a phone call saying it would be even ANOTHER two weeks before it could be delivered. If I had known it would've taken at least 2 months to get my furniture, I would've GLADLY gone someplace else. I HATE circle K furniture!!! When I voiced my complaints to a manager after walking into the store, I was offered a measly 5% discount which isn't even worth my time to spend another second in that store. I will NEVER EVER be back to Circle K again!
In conclusion:
- Terrible phone system that makes it near impossible to get through
- After asking things to be escalated to a managerial level, I never heard back
- I have to chase them down to try and get my furniture only to be told repeatedly that there were delays and that their delivery was too backed up and would take an additional 2 weeks
- HORRIBLE customer service.
- I couldn't agree more with the poster below me saying it is apparent they don't give a damn about the customer once the sale is completed. Delivery and good service is obviously not a priority.

First let me say that I LOOOOOVE their furniture, and the in store staff is friendly and helpful (1 star for furniture & 1 star for friendly staff).....BUT the service after the sale is the WORST!!!! Did I mention how awful service after the sale is??!! Here's my gripe and warning to potential buyers: We picked out a beautiful entertainment center. Got up to the register to finalize the order and there was about a $200 difference. When we questioned the difference we were told the price marked on the floor display was a 'container' price (um kay?) and would take approx 3 months for the next container....we opted to pay the addl $200 to get the furniture sooner.(HA! Sooner) The order was placed mid-March and due to arrive the end of May. Early June comes and nothing!...WE had to call them only to be told, Oh, sorry...will be another couple of weeks. We wait 3 more weeks and NOTHING! This time we call their customer service# and after being routed through a VRU phone system, we end up leaving a voice mail requesting a status on our furniture....we got crickets! This time we go back into the store location (6/28) and spoke with a very nice gentleman named Andre who apologized and said the furniture was in their warehouse and he would have someone call us asap about delivery. We FINALLY get a call, only to be told their deliveries are backlogged and the soonest they could deliver would be July 9th! Are you kidding me? There are plenty of delivery companies in town and in an effort to 'make things right' wouldn't you think outside of the box and perhaps hire one of them to deliver our furniture??? After all, it's not like we got the furniture for a steal, PLUS they've had our money for 3+ months, which INCLUDED a delivery fee....either open the yellow pages and pick one or give me the delivery fee back and I'll find one myself!!
In closing, I'll just say if you don't mind waiting an absurd amount of time for your furniture, poor customer service and deceptive showroom pricing, then this is your store...otherwise, look elsewhere!!!
As the somewhat new owner of Circle K, Mr. Jose Lantigua may want to consider going back into banking!

Provided by YP.comWe visited the main store to purchase a living room set. Picked out what we wanted and went to pay. The salesperson wanted to charge 2 delivery fees of $160 each because they only had part of what we were purchasing in stock. We felt this was unfair because it wasn't our fault they didn't have all of our purchase available when we were purchasing. Instead of the salesperson trying to help or getting management, he taught us how to CHEAT his company! We left. I visited the Southside store 2 days later to report and hopefully resolve the dilemma. Was introduced to a family member who I explained everything to. He took my name, address, explanation, telephone number and email address. Sadly, I assumed that I would hear from someone in management. NOPE. Never heard a thing. So we contacted a competitor, and purchased the same set for $800 LESS with a delivery fee of only $80 from Palatka to Jacksonville. Shame on you Circle K
