Bought a brand new 26' Conquest. They said it was "new" and it was untitled, but the vin showed the chassis as 2 years old. They did not have the RV ready as promised, then charged us three times what it would cost anywhere else for a tow bar for my wrangler (because they knew we had no choice by then, I guess). Anyway, they charged more labor hours than they spent. The internet salesman said it drove great, but driving it home I saw it needed an alignment. Called J. Proctor about it but he didn't return my call. They're big on flash and friendly, but a little short on substance .They did make sure everything worked and walked us through it pretty fully. While I am happy with the vehicle, I would expect better buying a new vehicle from someone.
