I stop or did stop at this location 4 to and most 5 days a week.
The people at the window were friendly and respectful, never got my order wrong... wow ! how things have changed
in the past three weeks, my order has been wrong, didn't get what I paid fro, I called and talked to female manager, who said she would take care of it the next day... she didn't and then I got hot coffee when I ordered iced, my breakfast sandwich was wrong twice, I try not to complain, but when it keeps happening, your business owner needs to know. Now you have a rude and disrespectful kid at the window, and even when you tell her its wrong, she just looks at you and says... "OK" with no attitude to fix or address the issue.
Guess I will stop at Mc Donald's for a breakfast sandwich... LOL, you use to have to wait in line because they were so many cars in line ordering, I've noticed lately, that's not the case any more... wonder why ?
