I was a member of when it was Just Fitness and the classes and staff were awesome (especially Gary). However, recently, while under new ownership, I've personally been treated very poorly.

New owner is extremely unprofessional and rude.

Best Gym ever and worth the money not going to find something else like this for this price all these other people are just whiny bastards

Big spacious, love the movie theater concept. And the female only room. Great rates and lifetime membership after 2 years.

This place is not as bad as these reviews are cooking up to be. The inside of the gym is always clean and there is always people inside cleaning, putting up weights, etc. And it is an all around good gym. last year i could not say the same as I can now. And all this talk about getting scammed because they charge your bank account repeatedly , ITS NOT TRUE! All you need to do is ask an employee how much longer you've got on your membership and when its about a week from expiring, just double check with the general manager to make sure the account will be completely inactive, simple as that.

The trainers and staff up front are extremely fun and kind to everyone. I've tried other gyms and after months I still feel like a complete stranger walking through those doors, but at Just fitness its quite motivating to know that all the staff know who you are and they will tell you whether you seem to be doing good, or if you haven't been in for awhile they will show concern. Its almost like having a bunch of friends that work together.

I highly recommend this place and I do not feel like they are just trying to bathe in your wallet/purse, so stop making excuses and just get fit, lol!

This is the worst gym ever. DO NOT sign a contract with this gym. When signing the contract they tell you that it will automatically cancel after 2 years. This is a complete lie. You actually have to send in a written letter as a 30 day notice that you want to cancel or they will continue to charge your account. I will never be a member of this gym ever again. Please do not sign up with them. I told them I would dispute the charge as this is not what I was told in reference to cancelling. They stated they would put me in collections. I said do what you have to do. WORST GYM AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. If i could give it 0 stars i would.

Justfitness is the worst wannabe gym I have ever seen in my life. Chris is the most unprofessional person in the world and Michelle the old woman in the front is completly incompatant moron.... the tall overweight pop belly female trainer, I mean come on. Who wants a trainer that looks just as out of shape as the people she is supposed to be trainining. The other day she was making fun of someone she was training for doing something wrong and didnt think anyone heard or saw her.... But a few of us did... there is nothing I can say that is good about this place...... They take upkeep money from us, but nothing ever works or gets fixex...... This place is garbage.... They say no contract but dont believe the LIES..... Read the reviews to this dump and go els where.....i have been in some rugad gyms but atleast everthing worked and somewhat cleaned....

I agree with ALL, the other reviews; the staff is VERY unprofessional, and they tell you info regarding, the contract that ISN'T true. When I signed the contract, I was told it would be for ONLY two years, and then NO more payments. However, when I called the corporate office, in Utah...I was told something totally different. I'm afraid at the end of the two years, they (corporate office) will continue to take money from my account. I told myself years ago, I would never sign a contract with another gym again. I'm mad at myself for not following that promise to myself. What have I, or what have we gotten ourselves into...JUST FITNESS is TERRIBLE!!!!

Find another gym. They are a hassle and a waste of time. Totally unprofessional and make promises they cant keep. I had an incident with this gym three months ago and it has to get fixed. Everyone keeps telling me "Sir I will take care of it", yet it has not been taken care of. If i could go back in time I would have never signed up with them, they need to be closed down for unprofessionalism.

Only join if you NEVER plan on leaving. In order to cancel you must mail a written letter to their national office in Utah. I sent mine and they never received it. After speaking with one of their "qualified" representatives I was told to upload a copy of the letter on their website. After doing so I called to ensure that my membership was indeed cancelled...wrong. The new rep said uploading was worthless b/c it has to be in writing; I have to mail it again. The gym was overcrowded, smelly, and now it won't simply go away. I gave it 1 star because we can't give it negative stars.

I joined a few months ago and this place is ridiculous. They do whatever it take sto get your debit card number and then you cannever get assistance with anything again. YOU ARE RIGHT... they never answer the phone. If they do and you ask for someone they are NEVER there. The gym mananger I have called several times leaving messages.. Chris Dima, not sure of spelling or if this is a man or woman. NEVER returned my calls about my concerns. The way they run their childcare room is a disgrace and if something happened to your kid I would wonder how they would even know the child's name!



AND BEWARE of those custom built trainer guys........ worthless and unprofessional as the rest. They never call anyone back, my checking account was all screwed up over their mistake, i sent their corporate a certified letter, and their response indicates that they didn't even READ my correspondence. If anyone wants to get out of their contract with Just Fitness or Custom Built and find a professionally run gym, please let me know. I say we get together and file a suit agianst them, because they surely do not hold up their end of the bargain!

They advertise 10.00 a month. Caution, you get what you paid for. I took a spinning class on Tuesdays at 9:30am. The instructor is NEVER on time. She had the nerve to say she won't ever be on time because she has to drop her kids to school. She does not get there early enough to help the folks who have not taken a spin class. Also you have to grab your own spinning bike and drag it to the exercise room. What kind of nonsense is that. It's not about the paying customers any more?? Everyone uses the same nasty towel to wipe off the equipment, they can't even get paper towels.
