I have an older Samsung system and they were the only one's who were able to tell me what I needed. My system is back up and running and I did not have to run all new cables! I am very happy with the product and service I received.

Great Company to deal with. Ellipse took the time to explain the options to me and i got a great system. They were able to customize it for me. I am very happy with the products.

Ellipse charged top dollar for broken equipment, then charge a restock fee for the return. My dad bought a DVR for his security system from these people, and when we opened the box the front of the DVR was loose and there was a rattling sound inside it. We called immediately after opening it, but they gave us the run around for weeks. They said the rattle was normal but if we had a problem to call back. After calling back, we needed to email a receipt for a refund. After they received the emailed receipt, we needed to call back when someone else was there, excuse after excuse. It took almost a month for them to allow the return.

It took another three weeks to get the refund, and it was $60 short. They charged a restocking fee, but said it broken. No kidding? That's why it was returned. It was sent it back in the same condition we received it, and packaged it in the exact same materials they sent it.

Did they restock it, was it broken, or did they restock broken merchandise? Bottom line is, they shipped broken goods and then blame the customer. Again, they agreed it was broken, but still charge a restock fee?

This is a warning to those who do business with on-line companies they don’t know.
