I've only been here twice but both experiences have been good enough for me to write a review. I like how the place is setup and how the doctors talk to you like a person, instead of a burden. Great experience

Customer service is second to NONE. The physicians live up to their names like they should and the front desk operates the show like it's supposed to be run! Never ran into any problems concerning payments, attitudes, or unprofessional behavior. This is a much better walk in clinic than other surrounding ones. Would go here instead.

Always a pleasure working with the doctors here. They are very humble and experienced. I feel comfortable and well taken care of when I attend this clinic.

Clean, organized, and orderly. That's why I like this clinic above others I've been to. Always looks presentable, they keep themselves organized with payments, and it doesn't take long for them to call you back.

Went to this clinic a few times now and I feel it's time for a review. I really liked how prompt they were able to to have me treated. I witnessed them quickly call patients back 1 by 1. No ridiculous waiting time. My doctor was humorous and kind. Will definitely continue to attend this clinic.

Did a great job seeing us quickly and treating my dizziness. I was in a constant state of bewilderment throughout the day and needed emergency attention to find the cause. This clinic diagnosed the problem and gave me proper treatment. Thank you

This facility is professional and well kept. I have only been here a few times but I've always had great experiences with the physicians. Would highly recommend this place.

One of the best transitions I've made from another office. Extremely satisfied with how attentive the doctors here are. They have great knowledge of the particular issue at hand and apply it with generosity and decency. HIGHLY recommend!!!

Really enjoy attending this practice. Dr. Pulido has extensive knowledge on how to deal with my medical conditions and treats them accordingly. The wait times are long, but better than what I'm used to, About an hour or so. The staff has been good to me so far. I haven't had any problems pertaining to administrative errors. Look forward to what the future brings!

The actual medical professionals that I saw I loved BUT unfortunately because of the fact the majority of the people at the front desk are rude and unorganized, I just can no longer continue to deal with this place and it really is a shame. Despite the fact the wait times were long (sometimes over 2 hours) I dealt with it because I really liked my NP and doctor BUT the people in billing have constantly made HUGE mistakes Jose in billing in particular is one of the most rude people I have ever encountered. My health insurance is Federal PPO so I can go wherever I want, these people were charging me for dates I wasn't ever seen. If you're currently a patient there make sure you balance is correct. For me they were trying to make me pay for something I had already paid and also trying to make me pay for a date of service I wasn't seen. I'm absolutely floored at the way I was treated there. I tried to handle it with them and discuss it but they're outrageous. I made sure I have proof of what they were doing so I can file a complaint with the state. I don't want anyone else going through this at all. Being sick is enough to deal with, you shouldn't have to worry about your doctors office, a place you go to get better, committing fraudulent acts against you.

I have been with Dr.Pulido for over a year now and I can't imagine myself anywhere else. The doctors and staff are so friendly, the clinic is always clean, and the environment is very peaceful. I highly recommend Dr. Pulido and Emed Clinic to everyone.

when I was looking for a primary care Dr i stumbled upon Dr Pulido, I have never been more pleased with his professionalism and his mannerism, he is very personal and caring which is so rare to find, even when you don't have an appt and walk in with a concern, or a paper to sign or a question he takes a moment to talk with you about it, no one else does that too, he is outstanding, to all who reads this, if you go in to see you will want to have him as your Dr too for your self or for your family, it's a blessing and wonderful surprise to see a Dr who cares about his patients so much, seeing is believing, you will fall in love with him and his wonderful staff, I did and I know you will too
