I have used Excel for many years and up until lately they have done a great job. I think since they are so busy they have forgotten what it was like to provide customer service. With my last boat detail they increased there price 20% and didn't' touch my isinglass or clean the cabin. When I complained to the owner about not cleaning the boat properly he argued with me. After a while he did send someone to my house to do some touch up. All this was a increase over my last detail of more than $400.00. A number of my boating friends have went else were but since they have Jullington Creek Marina locked up some have no choice but to pay these crazy prices.
