Horrible, Horrible, I would never recommend this company! I was recommended to this company by a limousine service. I called them at 3pm to schedule a pickup at 4pm to take my wife and I to a wedding at 4:30pm that is 10-15 minutes or 6 miles away. When the diver did not show up at 4:00pm I called the company to see where the diver was, the dispatcher said he should have called and was on his way. After 5 minutes, I called again, she said the same thing, 5 minutes later same response....at 4:15 the manager/supervisor of the company called with no apology that they would not be able to pick us up since they do not have a taxi near our location and that they were short handed. Needless to say I had to call another company to pick us up and we missed the wedding completely after coming in from another state to attend my relative's wedding. We were heart broken and felt so guilty for missing the wedding! I would rate it less then 1 star if I could!

Unbelievable, I didn't realize this was a taxi. Non Smoking and uniformed drivers. Wow. I will use this service from now on.
