The Doctor who did our exam and his tech who ran the front desk and did some of the side work for the doctor was excellent! The young optician that helped us was also very courteous and excellent in customer service! The reason I did not give five stars is because when my husband who is has cancer, and had just come from radiation feeling like garbage. Stop by to pick up his glasses that was supposed to be ready for next day pick up! He then was told 10 more days for his glasses. Then called the following day after my husband was told his glasses weren't ready! And was told that his classes would be ready by that evening. Somewhere along the way the ball got dropped in the customer service department. When it came to finalizing everything with glasses! They did try to rectify the problem. We are now going to pick up his glasses and see if everything is correct.
