I have repeatedly tried to contact Ferd Tax Service for asistance, but no answer. I filed my taxes with them about 3 months ago and still no refund and no response, it;s like a GHOST TOWN! I called the IRS they have no record of our filings and I can't seem to reach anyone at Ferd Tax Service. I called and went by the office several times, either the office is closed during business hours or the phone goes directly to voice mail. Iv'e already paid for the service,i'm not looking to point a finger but I do need and want my refund especially in these times, every little bit helps. Ferd, if your going to run your business as a GHOST TOWN,close shop and be done with it. If your going to run any business lets remember to be professional and answer your phones and staff your office during business hours

Called to asked questions and when the phone picked up no one said anything... I said Hello... Hello and a bit later a woman said - Hello. I asked if I was calling a business since a simple Hello is not usually the greeting received. The woman said, "yes this is a business." I asked her name - Barbara.



At that time I said that I would like to speak with someone knowledeable about filing taxes, she replied OK.



No, "I'd be happy to help you with that". At that time I informed her that I would like to speak with her supervisor.



SHE HUNG UP THE PHONE!



When I called back she answered the phone with a professional greeting, with attitude. I again asked for her supervisor and she stated that she is the boss. At that time I informed her that I was going to go online and report her actions, when I tried the CONTACT ME portion of Express Tax website only informs that you need to contact your local agent.



Not too sure about you but this is not the type of person that I want in charge of something as important as taxes.
