Provided by YP.comPlease don't do it! Franklin has been found to conduct business fraudulently, and have operated under many different names. You will not get what you paid for. My experience have been that they are rude and they lie and do not put their customers first. May not respond to e-mails unless there is something that benefits them. i.e. MONEY! Be careful. For this reason, they get no rating.
