Anthony, one of the geek-force employees came to our home. He was very polite. He called before he came. He had to buy a new router to replace my defective one and he called from the store to give me the information about my new router. I liked the way that he explained everything that he was doing. he even cleaned up my mom's computer.My internet works fine now and mom's computer runs much faster. I would definitely call geek force for any computer issues in the future.
