Their staff is young, unprofessional, not knowledgable and completely oblivious to their surroundings. I stood there for at least 5 minutes before someone stopped joking and messing around and noticed I needed help!

This guy in the guitar department named Jason was so informative. Jason was able to tell me which guitar would be best for me based off of what I could afford, what sound I liked, and what I used it for. This was one of the few times I felt someone actually cared about what I REALLY needed instead of what was best or easiest for them. Thanks Jason. I won't be going anywhere else for my musical needs.
