They come out and provide a quote before any work is done on all jobs. They quoted my job (connecting a dryer) as 1 hour and the service tech tried to bill me for 3 1/2 hours since he waited for the rain to stop before continuing the job.

I told him he could put a rain jacket on and still work and he scoffed at me. After I told him I would only be paying for one and a half hours he went back to his truck to readjust the materials cost to make them more expensive.

The tech was knowledgeable and did a good job on the gas line. However, the tech showed very little integrity. I would not recommend this company.
