Do not hire this roofer! I asker this company to come out to give me an estimate after the hurricane. Their estimator came out and checked my roof. At that time, I told him about a leak in the corner of the Master bedroom. He went on the roof and supposedly found the area and gave me an estmate of cost to repair all problems including a hole caused by a tree falling on the roof and missing shingles. I accepted the estimate and they supposely made the repairs 3 months later. Now it appears that these repairs were not done properly. The roof is still leaking in the Master bedroom and now the roof is buckling in the area of the leak and where the hole was repaired. I called them to complain and they have indicated they are not responsible. This cannot be. The buckling was not there before the repairs were made and how can a professional roofer estimator examine a roof and not see all the problems?

I Highly recommend Jack C. Wilson Roofing. This was my second roof installed by Jack C. Wilson, and just like the first one, the work was top-notch and completed in a day. The workers were extremely efficient and courteous and the owner even went out of his way to make sure I was a satisfied customer. Hands-down the best roofer in Jacksonville!!

We recently had a new roof installed by Jack C. Wilson Roofing Company. Previously they had done roof work for us. Upfront I checked and they have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. We negotiated the agreement with Harold Voss, the owner, which was a very pleasant experience. We had a clear understanding of what was to be done and when. All of their workmen were efficient and courteous. They completed the work in a timely and professional manner. Although it wasn’t the determining factor, we received a bonus and that they had the lowest price of the two proposals we considered. We are very pleased with the results and would recommend them to others without hesitation.

I had contacted several roofing companies when I sustained damage to my roof related to a storm and the two other companies immediately said I needed to replace the whole roof; however, the representatives from Jack C. Wilson Roofing inspected my roof and said I had another 5-7 years on my current roof and only needed less than 20 shingles replaced. So honest and both were very respectful and knowledgeable.

I had this company come out to give me an estimate for my roof. The young lady came out, came into the house introduced herself, said she was going to go out take measurements and then email me a quote tonight. My sister went outside a few minutes later and the lady was in her truck leaving. I called the office and was told they would have her call me. She called me back and was very annoyed that I had called her office and said my roof was something they couldn't quote because it was too tall and that if I had waited about calling the office she would have told me that in an email this evening. What was wrong with coming back to the door and telling me in person? To me, this was very poor customer service.

I called Jack C. Wilson Roofing for an Estimate to have my roof redone. A nice young lady answered the phone and answered every question there was that I had. I did not have to wait a week or two before Chris Voss came to my house to give me the estimate. He was actually there the next day. Very nice and respectful young man, I could tell that he knew what he was doing. After him giving me the estimate, I waited till the next day until I called the company again to accept the estimate. I then spoke with the owner Harold Voss who was also very nice and respectful. The next week their crew started on my roof. The crew was very polite and did a wonderful job on my roof. Every piece of shingle and nail was picked up, and my roof and yard was left looking emasculate. I had the best service from this company and I would highly recommend them to my Family and Friends.

I called Jack C. Wilson Roofing Co. on Monday for a free estimate. They came out Tuesday and gave me a very professional and fairly priced estimate. I signed there contract and the job was started on Thursday. They did a GREAT job and the clean up after the job was great to. If you are looking for a honest roofing contractor I would highly recommend calling them. Thanks for a GOOD job.
