My family and extended family have used the services of this facility several times. To us, Losing an animal is losing a family member. Jimmy has handled difficult times and a grieving family with compassion,respect, dignity, and understanding . He strives to make things as easy as they possibly can be under the circumstances. We will be facing a loss again as my precious yorkie is declining fast. When that time comes , I would trust NO ONE BUT Jimmy to handle my little guys final needs. Jimmy treats us and our pets as if we all are part of his family and no one can do better than that

Would not recommend this place at all. The owner is crass, uncompassionate and once you drop off your pet expect little response for a week or two. They don't return calls or return your pet in the promised timeline. If you ask any questions, expect to be met with defensiveness and obfuscation. There is no guarantee you are getting a truly private cremation or what is being returned to you. In speaking with other former customers, I have heard about some shady goings on - threats that their pet is not being returned in the cremains, and stories about pets actually not getting cremated. Be very careful and if you get a bad feeling when asking questions, it is a sign that you need to find a more reputable service.
