I love these office i called for an emergency appointment the staff told me from 7:30 ti 2pm i could walk in. I had to wait about 25 min. once i got back to see the dentist the assistance was very nice explain my insurance what was cover and not my pain was due to periodontal disease it cost me 250.00 to clean my teeth . it was worth it i do not have any more pain. i love dr vera and his staff specially angie

This dentist is running a dental mill! We are not animals but that is how this office treats you! Heaven forbid you let kevin vera know he made a mistake! I was literally kicked out of his office because he wouldn't admit he shoul have taken the time to do the job therightway the first time I would have NEVER been back in his horrible office!! The front desk girls are just a bad a that arrogant dentist working there!!! Wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy!!!!!

I made an new patient appt 6 weeks prior to the appt because they had nothing else available. I did not receive a confirmation call for may appt. So, I called them. When I called they told me my appt was for 1pm and not the 8am I had originally scheduled. I was going to go ahead even though I never would have made a 1pm appt due to my work schedule.

I called them back and asked them how soon it would take for me to come back in if I had an issue. I was told if it could not be taken care of today they would reschedule me the following month. At that point I cancelled my appointment and would not recommend.

My pain is was bad and The Staff and the Dentist take care my problems. I like the way the speak spanish and they ca understand me. I wait a litter bit loger but at the end I was happy...No pain and my problems resolve after two days with out sleeping....Thank U Dr. Vera and Staff.
