The Doctor side of this office is terrible. I was a walk in patient and gave them my insurance cards I confirmed before that they took the type of eye insurance that I had and they charged me full price anyway. They were not friendly,they were very sarcastic, and the dr. seemed to be rushed to get to a lunch. It was as though they didn't really want to take time for me. Also they didn't give me a run down of the charges I would pay before I got my exam and I had a bit of sticker shock.

The eye glasses optician was very sweet. She took a fair amount of time assisting me with my purchase. She helped me understand what I was spending my money on and why it would be a great idea. She seemed to be greatful to have me as a customer in her store. I will go back to her for any need, but will seek out a new eye doctor for my prescription before entering three doors.
