**Customer dropped her vehicle off to have her roof and trunk done.

We completed it in a timely manner.

We had a problem with some of our product.

Customer brought it back to be handled.

Fixed it at no charge.

We scheduled her in and finished in a timely manner.

Esp when the weather was in the 40's that week with customers all wanting the same deadline.

Delivered the car to the customer, she then stated that there was scratches on her car that weren't there before.

The customer and I proceeded to inspect the scratches.

The scratches were consistent with the scratches we fixed on her roof, as they were right next to the adjacent panel

To keep things short.

We did the job for less than 400$

product we used failed.

We fixed it @ no charge

To anyone and everyone who needs work done to their car!! These guys are awesome! Can't beat their work or prices!

A day later than told picked up my car they said they had to buff the bottom of the trunk & to bring it back in a week. I saw the roof was patchy & dull-when I brought it back- told Jeff-he said he would redo it-said it would take a day. Brought it Mon. wasn’t ready till late Fri-picked it up Sat. morning & found scratches on the side of the roof-Pointed it out and was told they were there before (NOT)-I don’t like writing a negative review-but I see all these positive reviews which are misleading-their CS is horrible-no calls to let me know of delays or anything- no apologies for the inconvenience or expense that I had to incur(renting a car). I left a review on FB their response was to knock my character& they did a great job & I was trying to get them to work on something that was not part of the agreement (the scratches they created while working on my car)When I got home I found more scratches on the side of the car (someone was wearing a belt while they were working on the car).
