I did not have the privilege of having Dr. Phelan deliver my child, but I did receive all of my postpartum care at this office. I also had a surgery in Feb. of this yea Dr. Phelan was very informative and made my surgery a breeze. I would absolutely recommend this practice for all of your ob/gyn needs!!!!!!
