The owner Scarlett is very professional, accommodating and caring. It's obvious she loves what she's doing.
My Kitty Mentil comes home looking and smelling great. I can't trust him with anyone else but Pawdaddy's.

Love Scarlett and Judith!! I left my 2 little chihuahua's for a week of boarding. They had a great time and were both freshly washed when I arrived to pick up. Very professional and caring service.

I take my Yorkie to Scarlett at Pawdaddy's and let me just say, she is awesome with my dog and me!! I can't tell you how many places I've taken my little Rosie and I never get her back looking quite the way I want...but then I made the appointment with Scarlett and WOW!! Was I pleasantly surprised at how she seemed to read my mind and be able to figure out exactly what I wanted her to look like...(I really don't know how to explain what I want exactly, so it's mostly my fault if it isn't right, so I was doubly impressed with her abilities!!) She is amazing with people...have witnessed her handling other customers in person and on the phone...and she is ALWAYS overly patient and polite. It is obvious that she cares deeply for animals and thoroughly enjoys what she does. If you worry about how your dog will be treated when you leave them...as soon as you meet her, you will have no qualms whatsoever with leaving them in her care. I HIGHLY recommend Pawdaddy's Pet Parlor to anyone out there seeking quality grooming and outstanding customer service!
