i wrote a bad but very truthful review on their facebook page and they attacked me. lied about the whole thing and then removed it from the page. they delete the reviews from their pages that are not good ones so the public does not see exactly how awful they are. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE- my dogs cried when they went to see them- these people were ugly and rude to my elderly mother in law as well. - crazy unpredictable behavior! DO NOT USE THEM!

We have had trouble with them from the start! Took our animals in and the sign says we take walk ins, call and verify, go there and then the little man says we can't do it! Turned to leave and the idiot insulted us and came into the parking lot screaming! No we did not say anything to him except that we would not come back because they constantly tell us they can take them and when we walk in they say no! We advised... view more him that he needed to go inside, as we were leaving but will be happy to call the cops and have them help him. This man was very aggressive and for no cause! If you don't want the business then say so, I am happy to give my money to someone else!

to stay away from this business, when trimming my dog's claws they cut into the quick and it bled.
