STAY AWAY FROM HERE! Everything they sell is junk and will need to be repaired. I am having my 3rd dryer delivered because they don't do returns, they just keep sending over dryer after dryer and each one is just as bad as the one before. Also they have no concept of time. They say they will show up at a certain time and are constantly several hours late.

Have purchased several appliances for rental house from Peeples in Mandarin. Jason has honored his warranty and quick to deliver and remove the broken appliance so my tenant is not inconvenienced. I understand I'm buying a used appliance, but I always get an excellent value for our money.

Stay away from here. They sold me a used refrigerator then when they delivered it, they they hadn't changed the doors out or removed the ice maker. They flipped the doors in the dirt in the front yard (we have a porch) and in the process scratched the door and ripped the gasket so that it doesn't seal properly now. after removing the icemaker, they dragged the fridge through the house, leaving a trail of water and dirty footprints. they plugged it in, said it would take 24 hrs to cool and left quickly before we saw the damage or mess or the fact that they didn't even level it.



Upon calling the store, nobody seamed to know what to do and wanted to call the delivery guy and said they would call me back. They never bothered calling me and the times I have called back, nobody answers. I will just keep the fridge as is and let the BBB know.
